The Process Explained
Step 1: Project Planning
This crucial first step includes consulting with you to ascertain
your project plans, requirements and expectations. By understanding your audio visual requirements we can
determine the general scope of work, budgets and timelines necessary to achieve the desired results. It
also establishes the foundation for an amicable relationship between you, the consultants & contractors
involved and WSE.
Step 2: Design & Engineering
Our design staff pride themselves in
providing you with a comprehensive outline of your project. This phase includes developing a proposal
based on your requirements and involves drawing the designs, shaping up the details, specifying the
technology components and preparing the relevant documentation.
Step 4: Installation &
Commissioning
At this point, your project becomes a reality. Our professional installation staff
comes onsite to install all structured cabling and equipment; working closely with the rest of the overall
project team to ensure a seamless integration of our equipment with the building fabric.
Custom
programming is loaded onto equipment and a complete system functionality test is conducted before the
system is commissioned.
Step 5: Training & Sign-off
With the installation
process completed, the next step is training the client to understand how the system works properly and
system sign-off.
Step 6: Post-installation Service & Support
High-tech AV systems
require regular check-ups and servicing to ensure efficient operation and peak performance. WSE offers
different levels of System Support Agreements and Service on Demand to keep your equipment functioning
optimally and extend its lifespan.
